What is your return policy if I don't like the rug?
We offer a 'Risk-Free' returns policy. If the rug isn't perfect for your home, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. We even arrange the courier pickup for you to make the process completely stress-free.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your rug leaves our warehouse.
Are your rugs suitable for homes with pets and children?
